Brenna focuses her practice on the healthcare industry, advising clients on transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters.
Brenna obtained her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where she graduated cum laude. At Georgetown, she participated in the Federal Legislation Clinic, where she represented her client in front of Congress. While in law school, Brenna also obtained her Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois. Prior to attending law school, she held roles at an affiliate of CVS Health and at an Illinois state agency. Brenna earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, where she was involved in higher education advocacy efforts.
