Jake advises energy and utility clients on a wide range of regulatory matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). His experience includes electric issues involving stated and market-based rates, as well as generation and transmission interconnection matters. He also provides transactional support, conducting regulatory due diligence and guiding clients through required FERC and RTO/ISO approvals.
During law school, Jake served as staff editor of the Maryland Journal of Business and Technology Law. He earned a master of management in energy from Tulane University prior to pursuing his law degree.
