Shanim represents financial institutions and borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions, with a focus on structuring and documenting syndicated and bilateral credit facilities.

Shanim’s experience spans a wide range of secured and unsecured lending arrangements, including acquisition financings, working capital facilities, spin-off credit facilities, and complex cross-border and foreign currency transactions. He regularly advises national and regional banks, direct lenders, and corporate borrowers across diverse industries, including technology, sports, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer and retail, and food and beverage.

Shanim is an associate in the firm’s Charlotte office and is a member of the Syndicated Finance and Private Credit Practice Groups, as well as the firm’s Sports Finance team.
