Lowrie focuses her practice on corporate transactional matters, including securities transactions, growth equity investments, and strategic and platform stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions. She counsels private equity funds, independent sponsors, institutional investors, and privately held companies across multiple industries.
Lowrie brings her aptitude for inquisitive problem-solving to her law practice. She is a Dallas native and proud graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law and Cox School of Business.
