Rachel is a member of the firm’s Financial Services & Securities Enforcement Department and assists investment companies and advisers, broker-dealers and private individuals in high-stakes disputes and arbitration forums as well as before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and state securities regulators across the United States.
Before joining McGuireWoods, Rachel earned her JD from Emory University School of Law. While at Emory, Rachel served as a student attorney for the Barton Juvenile Defender Clinic and as a Dean’s Teaching Fellow, a unique fellowship opportunity open to 3Ls at the top of their class. In addition to her securities work, Rachel has a passion for her pro bono practice, working primarily with children and survivors of domestic abuse. As a result of her academic achievements in law school, Rachel graduated Order of the Coif. Rachel attended Yeshiva University, where she earned a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science.
