Joe focuses his practice on representing financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions, including acquisition financing, leveraged finance, asset-based lending, and syndicated finance.
Joe obtained his law degree from The University of Iowa College of Law, where he was the recipient of the Innovation, Business and Law Excellence Award and the president of the Sports Law Society. Prior to law school, Joe coordinated community-based supported living services for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities at Systems Unlimited, Inc., a nonprofit organization located in Eastern Iowa.
