Shelby focuses her practice on the development, construction, financing, acquisition, and disposition of energy infrastructure projects, as well as tax credit monetization strategies for renewable energy and energy transition projects, including solar, wind, battery energy storage, clean hydrogen, and other clean energy technologies. She represents developers, sponsors, tax equity investors, tax credit buyers, and lenders in structuring and negotiating tax equity financings, tax credit transfers, joint ventures, preferred equity investments, and other project-level capital arrangements.

In addition, Shelby advises public and private companies on a broad range of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic corporate transactions across multiple industries.

Shelby earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Texas A&M University and her law degree from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
