Ray focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions as well as a broad range of corporate matters. He earned his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his undergraduate degree in Finance from Wake Forest University, where he served as a judge on the Honors and Ethics Council.

Prior to commencing his legal career, Ray worked at McMaster-Carr, where he implemented artificial intelligence tools into an operation generating over $1B in annual revenue and at Ernst & Young (EY) as a technology consultant for financial institutions. Today, he leverages that experience to provide business, legal, and technical insight to clients in private equity industries.
