Brandon is an associate in the Baltimore office, where he focuses his practice on representing employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters in federal and state courts. In addition to his litigation experience, Brandon helps clients navigate federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing employment relationships. He assists clients with drafting employment agreements, handbooks and policies, and separation agreements. Brandon also has experience representing educational institutions in response to litigation and regulatory enforcement actions.

Before joining McGuireWoods, Brandon clerked for the Honorable Diana Gribbon Motz of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Honorable Paula Xinis of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He also practiced at a regional firm in Baltimore, Maryland.

Brandon earned his undergraduate degree from Towson University and graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Maryland Law Review. Upon graduating from law school, Brandon received the Roger Howell Achievement Award, which is presented annually to an outstanding member of the graduating class who has contributed significantly to the student activities program and whose leadership, scholarship, and moral character are representative of the high ideals of the legal profession.
