Jala is an associate in the Atlanta office, where she focuses her practice on a broad range of transactional tax matters, including mergers, joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings.
Jala earned her undergraduate degree in political science from Auburn University and her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law. While in law school, she was awarded the J.B. Moore Tax Clinic Client Service Award by the Atlanta Bar Foundation. She went on to earn her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
