Kelly’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She assists individual and corporate clients in a variety of securities, complex commercial, and financial services litigation matters.
Before joining McGuireWoods, Kelly served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Conrad Jr. on the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. Kelly also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael L. Robinson on the North Carolina Business Court. Kelly received her Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University School of Law. During law school, Kelly served as an Articles Editor of the Wake Forest Law Review.
