Justina Zukauskaite Associate

Justina focuses her practice on the healthcare industry, advising clients on transactional matters, mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions and healthcare regulatory compliance matters.

While in law school, Justina externed at the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota and obtained her MBA. While in business school, she worked on a consulting project where her team addressed complex strategic challenges for the largest healthcare provider in the U.S. Prior to attending law school, Justina worked in the finance department of a regional acute-care hospital and outpatient medical center.
