Sharika is a member of the firm’s complex commercial litigation team and assists corporate clients in a variety of matters, with a focus on insurance recovery. Sharika’s experience includes handling all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before arbitration panels.
Sharika provides clients with comprehensive and strategic counsel regarding various lines of insurance, including CGL, E&O, D&O/professional liability, fidelity and crime coverage, cyber and data privacy, and other manuscripted lines of coverage. Sharika’s experience includes participating as second-chair at arbitrations where she represented multinational companies.
Sharika has also represented national and multinational companies in various complex commercial disputes involving tort, statutory, contract, and related business claims.
In her free time, Sharika volunteers with the Atlanta Weimaraner Club Rescue.
