With a strong labor relations practice, the team’s skills cover ERISA issues involving union plans, multiemployer plans and the arbitration of benefits claims, including shutdown, downsizing claims, and National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) or Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charges relating to benefits issues such as Title VII, ADEA and ADA discrimination.
