Alexandria E. Cuff Associate

Alex focuses her practice on defending clients in credit card, banking, and bankruptcy matters involving violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth in Lending Act, and state law consumer protection statutes in state and federal courts across the country. She has conducted bench trials in Virginia state courts; prepared third-party witnesses to testify at trials across Virginia; and served as an integral member of trial teams for cases in state and federal court in Virginia.

While earning her law degree from the University of Richmond, Alex served as the Lead Articles Editor of the University of Richmond Law Review.  She received the Best Brief Award in the Carrico Moot Court Competition and was inducted as a member of the McNeill Honors Law Society.  She also worked as a legal intern to the Honorable Catherine C. Hammond and a legal intern with the Legal Aid Justice Center.
