GenNx360 Capital Partners announced on Feb. 26, 2024, the acquisition of Fresh Picks Café LLC by its portfolio company, Whitsons Culinary Group.

The focus of GenNx360 is to execute its “buy and build” strategy to position North American business-to-business services and manufacturing companies for growth and success. GenNx360’s goal is to create sustainable long-term value for its investors and portfolio companies, of which Whitsons is an example. We are impressed by the relationships the Fresh Picks team has cultivated with its school district relationships and are excited for them to join the Whitsons family.”

GenNx360 is a New York-based growth and operations-oriented investment firm, founded and led by a diverse senior leadership team. Founded in 2006 by Black co-founders, GenNx360 has approximately $2 billion in assets under management across three funds and 100 platform and bolt-on portfolio companies.
