McGuireWoods Lawyers Selected for Law360 Editorial Advisory Boards

Craig Bleifer (life sciences board) is a veteran life sciences attorney and former general counsel of two global pharmaceutical companies with more than 30 years of industry leadership. He counsels pharmaceutical and medical device companies across the full product lifecycle on regulatory, compliance and policy strategy.

Jeff Ehrlich (consumer protection board), a former deputy enforcement director at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), represents clients in the consumer finance space, providing advice and counseling to businesses that compete in markets governed by the CFPB, state attorneys general and other agencies that enforce complex and often novel statutes and regulations.

Sarah Wake (sports & betting board) is a nationally recognized sports and higher education lawyer and co-leader of McGuireWoods’ Higher Education Practice Group and the firm’s Sports Industry Team, bringing nearly a decade of in-house leadership experience at top universities to her practice.
