Law360, Bloomberg Law, The Recorder (Law.com), Global Legal Chronicle, Commercial Dispute Resolution and Pulse 2.0 alerted their readers to McGuireWoods’ continued expansion in Seattle with the arrival of accomplished product liability litigators Allison Kendrick and David Lassen.
The pair came from The Boeing Company, where Kendrick retired as chief counsel for products liability and Lassen has served as senior counsel for products liability. Kendrick joined the firm as counsel, and Lassen joined as a partner.
“I’ve had an exciting and long career in aviation products liability law, and as I reach the end of it, I look forward to lending my experiences and perspective to supporting the talented team at McGuireWoods,” Kendrick told Law360.
Lassen co-managed product liability litigation for Boeing’s civil and military programs, Law360 reported, quoting him as saying, “I was attracted to return to private practice by the tremendous opportunity to be a part of building McGuireWoods’ office in Seattle with some remarkable attorneys that I respect and have worked closely with for years.”

With Lassen and Kendrick, McGuireWoods has 16 lawyers in its Seattle office, which opened in February 2026.
