McGuireWoods LLP announced today that Sabrina A. Beldner, an associate from its Los Angeles office, has been recognized by the National Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Bar Association for her achievements in law and diversity.
Beldner, a lawyer with the firm’s Labor and Employment Department, has been named one of the “Best LGBT Lawyers Under 40” by the National LGBT Bar Association. She was selected due to her professional reputation within the Southern California legal community and her dedication to serving the LGBT community throughout Los Angeles.

Beldner represents employers in all aspects of employment-related litigation and traditional labor law. She handles wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, Family and Medical Leave Act and California Family Rights Act, wage and hour (individual and class action), Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and unfair competition/trade secret litigation in state and federal jurisdictions. She also represents management in labor grievances, arbitrations, unfair labor practices, union campaigns, and other collective bargaining matters.
