Through the third quarter, McGuireWoods was No. 4 in announced U.S. M&A
transactions in both publications, and No. 5 and No. 8 for worldwide deals
in Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters, respectively.
McGuireWoods also continued its stellar performance in mid-market M&A
activity with top deal count rankings in multiple categories. Notably, the
