Stephen serves as a deputy general counsel for McGuireWoods.
Prior to assuming his role in the firm’s Office of General Counsel, Stephen spent more than 20 years with the firm as a litigator, representing clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, insurance coverage matters, class actions, products liability actions and business tort cases.
- Represented commercial property management companies in personal injury and wrongful death actions seeking premises liability damages arising from criminal acts that occurred on the property.
- Represented national insurance brokerage firm in a breach of contract and indemnification lawsuit filed in District Court in Dallas County, Texas.
