Ali represents energy, technology, and financial companies in complex energy and infrastructure transactions, with particular experience in commodities, trading, and project development. Her practice spans power, fuel, and renewable energy arrangements; derivatives and hedging transactions; and corporate transactions across the energy value chain.

Ali regularly prepares and negotiates ISDA Master Agreements, EEI Master Power Purchase & Sale Agreements, and related trading and hedging documentation, as well as engineering, procurement and construction contracts, joint development agreements, and corporate instruments.

Ali earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served as Symposium Editor of the North Carolina Law Review, and her B.A. in art history and politics from Washington and Lee University.
