Ellen is a member of the firm’s financial services litigation team. Before joining McGuireWoods, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable John A. Gibney, Jr., of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Ellen earned her Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School, where she graduated Order of the Coif, participated in the law school’s Appellate and Supreme Court Clinic, and served as a notes editor of the William & Mary Law Review. Before law school, Ellen worked in the Conflicts & Compliance department of another international law firm.
