Nick’s practice focuses on structuring, documenting and negotiating financing transactions, including syndicated, club, and bilateral credit facilities, asset-based loans, dividend recapitalizations, and acquisition financings. His experience includes the representation of agents, lenders, borrowers, and participants in senior secured, pro rata, second lien and mezzanine financings with an emphasis on healthcare and franchise financing transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Nick was an associate with a Nashville based law firm where he represented clients in connection with general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, capital markets transactions, corporate governance and real estate transactions.

- Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $302 million senior secured credit facility for a manufacturer of medical products.
- Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $175 million senior secured credit facility for a provider of home health and home concierge care services.
- Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $188 million senior secured credit facility for a provider of home health and hospice services.
- Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $125 million senior secured credit facility for a provider of home health and hospice services.
- Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $122.5 million senior secured credit facility for a provider of healthcare services for former nuclear and uranium workers.
- Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $82 million senior secured credit facility in connection with a private equity sponsor’s investment in a physician practice management company.
- Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $55 million senior secured credit facility in connection with a private equity sponsor’s acquisition of a provider of pediatric therapy services.
- Represented the administrative agent and lender in connection with the provision of $89 million ABL revolving credit facilities for operators of skilled nursing facilities.
- Represented the administrative agent and lender in connection with a $400 million senior secured credit facility in connection with private equity sponsor’s acquisition of a portfolio of life insurance policies.
- Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $305 million senior secured credit facility in connection with a franchisee’s acquisition of franchised quick service dining restaurants.
- Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $345 million senior secured credit facility in connection with a franchisee’s acquisition of franchised quick service dining restaurants.
