Alex represents national financial institutions, fintech companies, and major retail companies in high-stakes litigation across the country. Her practice spans complex disputes from individual plaintiff matters to nationwide class actions and mass arbitrations with particular depth in consumer class actions litigated in both state and federal courts.
Alex manages cases from inception through resolution—including motion practice at the pleading stage, discovery, dispositive motions, settlement, hearings, trial, final arbitration hearings, and appeals. In advocating for her clients, she has argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the California Court of Appeal.
A Bay Area native, Alex attended University of California, Hastings College of the Law where she served as an articles editor for the Hastings Law Journal and graduated cum laude.
