Amelia represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and financial institutions in a wide range of complex financings, including domestic and cross-border syndicated and direct lending transactions. Amelia focuses her practice on leveraged finance, acquisition finance, first lien/second lien, asset-based lending, workouts and restructurings. Amelia’s experience also includes subscription credit facilities and other fund financings.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Amelia served as in-house counsel for a technology and manufacturing company, and as a debt finance attorney at a large international law firm.
