Sarah focuses her practice on corporate transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, venture financings, corporate governance, and commercial contracting matters.
Sarah received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, Sarah received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Georgetown’s Street Law Practicum. Sarah received her undergraduate degree from Duke University, where she graduated cum laude.
Sarah is an active member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association and the Korean American Bar Association. Sarah serves on Georgetown’s Recent Alumni Advisory Council.

- Representation of a large healthcare conglomerate in multiple equity acquisitions of target companies ranging from $1 million to $60 million, asset purchases ranging from $500,000 to $5 million and a $1.25 billion strategic transaction taking the parent company private.
- Representation of an early-stage venture capital firm investing in companies led by underrepresented founders.
- Representation of a cybersecurity software and professional services firm in a $55 million strategic growth investment from a growth equity firm partnering with software and technology-enabled services companies.
- Representation of a large pharmaceutical conglomerate in multiple international royalty purchase and financing transactions ranging from $125 million to $150 million.
