Jeff focuses his practice on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, construction, and development of real property.
Jeff graduated with High Honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Jeff completed an externship with a large restaurant operator and franchisor. Additionally, during law school, Jeff served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Chris Dillon of the North Carolina Court of Appeals and as a comments editor for the North Carolina Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Jeff worked as a paralegal for a boutique admiralty and maritime law firm.
