Logan concentrates his practice in commercial real estate, with a particular emphasis on complex leasing transactions across the office, retail, industrial and ground lease sectors. He regularly represents institutional landlords, sophisticated tenants and platform companies in connection with their leasing needs, including the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases, ground leases, amendments, renewals, and related transaction documents.

As a leasing-focused practitioner, Logan advises clients on transactions involving a broad range of asset types and business objectives. He helps clients navigate lease structure, operational requirements, deal economics and key risk-allocation issues, with an emphasis on practical solutions tailored to the needs of each asset and transaction.

Logan also advises clients on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, including traditional purchases and sales, transactions involving ground lease interests, and REIT entry transactions for tenants adding platform companies to their businesses.

Logan received four CALI Awards for Academic Excellence during law school. He also served as notes and comments editor for the Wake Forest Law Review after receiving the Wake Forest Law Review Writing Award for his published article. Logan is engaged in community affairs and currently serves on the Rose Council at Wake Forest University School of Law.
