Elin is completing her second trainee seat in the Corporate department, having completed her first seat in the Commercial Litigation department in McGuireWoods’ London office.
She graduated from University College London (UCL) with a First Class Honours in Law and went on to complete her LLM in Legal Practice (SQE1 & 2) at the University of Law.

Commercial Litigation
- Assisted in defendant-side trial on liability and preparation for a second trial on quantum for emissions-related group litigation commercial proceedings in the High Court.
- Assisted in claimant-side trial preparation and settlement negotiations for high value aviation insurance group litigation commercial proceedings in the High Court.
- Assisted in applications to the High Court regarding the arbitrator in arbitration proceedings arising from a high value commercial contract dispute.
