Nicholas focuses his practice on the healthcare industry, advising clients on transactional matters, mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions and healthcare regulatory compliance matters.
Nicholas received his law degree in 2023 from Wake Forest University School of Law where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, he worked as an intern for a Justice on the North Carolina Supreme Court, and as a summer associate at a law firm in Greenville, SC. Prior to law school, he earned his bachelor’s degree from Clemson University where he graduated summa cum laude with a major in Political Science and a minor in History.
