Brooks focuses his practice on representing agents, lenders, and borrowers in a variety of financing structures, including acquisition financing, corporate lending matters, asset-based lending, leveraged finance, and syndicated finance transactions.
Brooks received his JD from the University of Georgia School of Law. He received his BA, cum laude, from Kenyon College, where he was a three-time NCAA All-American as a member of the men’s varsity swim team.
