Sydney focuses her practice on corporate and private equity matters.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Sydney was in-house counsel for a private equity firm and worked in various legal and compliance roles in the financial services industry.
Sydney received her law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as an editor of the Cardozo Law Review, and a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College.
