Kyndall is an associate in the Public and Private Infrastructure & Real Estate Department. In her public finance practice, Kyndall serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriter’s counsel and issuer’s counsel in connection with a broad range of publicly offered and privately placed tax-exempt and taxable financings. In her real estate practice, Kyndall advises real estate owners, developers and operating companies on the acquisition, sale, development, financing and leasing of real estate projects.
Kyndall earned her J.D. with Honors from Emory University School of Law. While at Emory, Kyndall served as a Dean’s Teaching Fellow, a selective fellowship awarded to third-year students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement and leadership. She also earned Emory’s Transactional Law Certificate.
