Rory focuses her practice on debt finance, representing lenders, sponsors, and borrowers in a variety of transactions, including syndicated loans and acquisition financing.
Rory received her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in May 2022. While at Loyola, she served as associate editor for the Journal of Regulatory Compliance and interned with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in the Chicago office. Rory received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in 2018.
