Nick focuses his practice on corporate and private equity transactional matters. Nick received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif.
While in law school, Nick served as an executive editor for the Wake Forest Law Review, served on the Executive Board for Wake Forest Moot Court, participated in Wake Forest’s Appellate Advocacy Clinic, and was a Legal Writing and Research teaching assistant. Nick received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, where he was a member of the men’s golf team.
