Max focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters.
Max received his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, he served as a senior editor for the Alabama Law Review and was a finalist in the 2L Moot Court Competition. He received his undergraduate degree from Samford University, where he honed his analytical skills as a member of the debate team.
