Nathan R. Young Associate

Nathan focuses his practice on the healthcare industry, advising clients on transactional matters, mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions and healthcare regulatory compliance matters.

Nathan simultaneously received both his law degree and MBA from the University of Virginia, where he was named a Karsh-Dillard scholar. Prior to law school, Nathan obtained his undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He went on to work as a strategic analyst for a Fortune 100 insurance company, helping the organization navigate complex regulatory and competitive environments around the country.
