Major bank on the real estate components of the $15.5 billion sale of its remaining stake in its subsidiary insurance company — one of the five largest insurance brokerages in the United States — to an investor group led by prominent private equity firms;
Major bank on the real estate aspects of the $7.7 billion sale of an insurance company involving approximately 100 leased and owned real estate locations;
Public storage provider in the $40 million sale-leaseback of a property to the Atlanta Botanical Garden, allowing the ABG to move forward with its expansion, to be completed before the 2026 World Cup in Atlanta;
Client in its $330 million acquisition and $198 million debt financing of an Ashburn, Virginia, Quantum Park property featuring a data center and office park development opportunities;
Family of real estate funds in the purchase, sale and refinancing of real estate with values of approximately $500 million;
Owner and developer in land use approvals associated with 80 acres located near the Innovation Center Metro station in Fairfax County, Virginia, for a mixed-used development to include over 1,000 residential units, green space, commercial offices and retail spaces;
