McGuireWoods lawyers Holly Buckley, Amanda K. Roenius, Diana C. Castro, Andrew R. Parrish and Adam S. Coto were recognized for excellence on BTI Consulting Group’s 2025 Client Service All-Stars list.
All-Stars were selected based on unprompted responses from corporate counsel and C-level executives surveyed by BTI. McGuireWoods is one of only three firms with at least five lawyers on the 2025 All-Stars List, according to BTI.
Buckley chairs McGuireWoods’ Healthcare Department, one of the largest healthcare practices in the United States. A partner in the firm’s Chicago office, she counsels private equity funds and healthcare clients, including hospitals and health systems, medical practices and physician-owned hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers on structuring transactions, regulatory due diligence, affiliation agreements and compliance matters. She also advises clients on federal and state healthcare laws.

Roenius, a healthcare partner in Chicago, guides healthcare providers, investors, and health systems through high-stakes transactions, contracts, and regulatory hurdles. She synthesizes complex laws, regulations, and contractual terms into business-minded advice to help client make strategic decisions that drive growth and minimize risk.
“Amanda provides outstanding client service and a nuanced understanding of the healthcare industry,” a client said of Roenius.
Castro, a healthcare associate in Charlotte, advises clients on transactional matters, mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions and healthcare regulatory compliance matters. Her clients include healthcare providers, sponsors and lenders to the healthcare industry.
“Diana is a fierce and fearless advocate of our legal thought processes and is the first lawyer I call when I know we will have a difficult negotiation,” a client said.
Parrish, a debt finance partner in Charlotte, assists clients in structuring, negotiating and documenting senior debt financing arrangements, including secured and unsecured, single bank and syndicated credit agreements, multicurrency and cross-border financing facilities, and leveraged acquisition financings. One client lauded him as “a trailblazer in the sports finance and private credit space.”
“He synthesizes complex legal issues and is able to succinctly explain points to corporate counsel and business teams and efficiently work through nuanced legal points and get us to the finish line,” the client added.
Coto, a debt finance associate in Charlotte, represents financial institutions and borrowers in corporate lending transactions, structuring and documenting syndicated and bilateral credit facilities for clients in the investment grade and sports sectors.
“Adam knows our documents inside and out and is able to walk opposing counsel through why the language is drafted the way it is and efficiently and effectively argue complex legal points,” a client said of Coto. “He will go the extra mile to make sure our side’s views are considered and heard.”
