Christina specializes in energy, product liability, and mass tort litigation. Additionally, Christina has extensive experience advising clients on compliance, including drafting internal company trainings and procedures, advising on incident response reporting, responding to government investigations, managing recalls, and representing clients in enforcement litigation. She has worked with in-house staff, external experts, and regulators at EPA, PHMSA, CPSC, CARB, NHTSA, DOT, FRA, STB, and FMCSA.

Christina earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. During law school, she served on the Managing Board of the Virginia Journal of International Law.

  • Advise large utility companies engaged in the transportation of hazardous liquids by pipeline and in the transportation of natural gas by pipeline on federal requirements.
