John’s practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment law. As a litigator, John defends employers facing lawsuits under various federal and state laws and regulations, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
John also assists clients in advising on and the litigation of non-compete and other restrictive covenants.
