Addison E. Fontein Associate

Addison’s practice focuses on financial services and complex commercial litigation. Addison represents corporations and national financial institutions in a wide variety of litigated matters including individual lawsuits and class actions in both state and federal court.

Addison graduated from the Villanova University School of Law where she was selected for and served as the Chairman of the Moot Court Board and competed in numerous, prestigious competitions across the country. In addition, Addison worked as a legal extern for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel.

Addison is passionate about pro bono work and using her legal skills to serve the community, as demonstrated by her commitment to the Civil Justice Clinic of Villanova in law school, and her involvement in various community and charitable events in the Dallas community. 

Prior to law school, Addison worked in the insurance industry at a Fortune 100 Company, and is knowledgeable about risk management and resolving coverage issues.

Obtained summary judgment for strategic business and taxation planning entity in complicated breach of contract matter.

Advised clients on complex legal issues involving various commercial transactions.
