Shanim focuses his practice on corporate lending transactions, including single bank and syndicated financing, multicurrency financing facilities, and acquisition financings.
Shanim earned his JD from The University of North Carolina School of Law, where he was the captain of the Corporate Appellate Advocacy Team and served as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council.
