Kali’s practice focuses on government investigations, civil and criminal antitrust matters, complex commercial litigation, and consumer protection.
Kali has experience representing clients before the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and State Attorneys General. Kali’s recent engagements include representation of a large telecommunications company and aircraft manufacturer in high-stakes commercial litigation. Kali also has experience litigating key consumer protection issues involving FTC guidelines, most notably compliance with the FTC’s “Made in USA” rule. Kali has assisted in drafting antitrust compliance policies, counseling, and conducting training for a number of national corporations.
Before attending Notre Dame Law School, Kali competed on The Ohio State University’s nationally ranked dance team.
Kali is a member of the firm’s Chicago Recruiting Committee.
Community Involvement
Kali is an active member of the Hellenic Bar Association. She is passionate about pro bono service. Through Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, Kali advocates for minors as a guardian ad litem.
