- Grid-scale energy storage project developer in its sale to one of the largest offshore wind developers in the United States;
- Private equity investment firm in the build transfer agreement and construction financing for Grover Hill, a 150 MW wind project in Paulding County, Ohio;
- Technology clean energy platform in closing a financing agreement with a global alternative investment manager to raise over $700 million of credit, equity and debt to fund their pipeline of over 7 gigawatts of high-quality projects, including standalone battery, solar and wind technologies;
- Owner/operator of renewable power assets in the acquisition of a solar and energy storage project portfolio in the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, including an eight-project 645 MW BESS portfolio and a 10-project 1,576 MW energy storage portfolio;
- Utility services company in its acquisition of the Kitty Hawk North Wind offshore wind lease and associated developments from an energy services and delivery company;
- Landfill gas-to-energy project developer in the sale of ownership in a landfill and landfill gas to a renewable natural gas joint venture with an RNG project manufacturer, developer and operator, as part of the company’s sale to a Canadian multinational pipeline and energy company;
- Unregulated utility affiliate in the $300 million expansion of a joint venture partnership with one of the nation’s largest renewable energy development companies to include a 33% share of the utility’s multistate solar project portfolio; and
- Ohio-based waste collector and recycler in connection with the development and construction of a landfill gas to RNG facility, including the RNG offtake, and sale and monetization of the RNG.
