McGuireWoods ranked third in number of deals and sixth in dollar volume in Thomson Reuters Loan Pricing Corp.’s U.S. Lender Law Firm League Tables for the first quarter of 2015 for its representation of lead arrangers and bookrunners in syndicated debt financings. The firm recorded 25 transactions valued at $21.3 billion, a 92 percent increase over its dollar volume in the first quarter of last year.
McGuireWoods improved its ranking for total number of transactions by five spots over the first quarter of 2014, when it recorded 17 deals valued at $11.1 billion in the league tables that debt finance professionals consider definitive. The firm’s ranking for overall dollar volume is up four spots from the same period last year.
