Rafaella is completing her fourth trainee seat in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Energy Transactional department in the McGuireWoods London office.
Rafaella graduated from City, University of London with First Class Honours in Law. She gained her LPC LLM from the University of Law and then went on to the London School of Economics, obtaining her master’s in law.
