Rafaella is an associate at McGuireWoods’ London office, where she advises financial institutions and corporations on debt financing, corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions) and commercial law matters.
Rafaella graduated from City, University of London with First Class Honours in Law. She gained her LPC LLM from the University of Law and then went on to the London School of Economics, obtaining her master’s in law.
Experience
- Rafaella’s primary focus is on assisting with the drafting and negotiating of credit facility agreements and security documentation on behalf of lenders and borrowers.
- Listed on 2026 Pro Bono Recognition List of England & Wales which recognises lawyers who undertook 25 hours or more legal pro bono over the last year
