McGuireWoods London Lawyers Named in the Pro Bono Recognition List of England & Wales

April 20, 2026

Seven lawyers from McGuireWoods’ London office were named to the Pro Bono Recognition List of England & Wales, a prestigious honor supported by the Law Society, the Bar Council, all major pro bono organizations and the Attorney General’s Pro Bono Committee. The list is under the patronage of The Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, The Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill.

Partners Callum Hassall, Francesca Titus and Alan Holliday; and associates Adam Penman, Hannah Irish, Rafaella Eleftheriou and Rend Beresford were acknowledged for contributing more than 25 hours of free legal advice throughout 2025.

The firm’s pro bono program in London is spearheaded by Hassall and Titus, who have cultivated a strong culture of service within the office. Their leadership was instrumental in encouraging lawyers at every level to dedicate meaningful time to those who need it most, resulting in the London office’s 100% pro bono participation rate in 2025.

“This recognition reflects McGuireWoods’ deep and ongoing commitment to supporting access to justice for individuals and charitable organisations across England and Wales,” said Titus.

“We hope this milestone will further inspire members of the legal profession to contribute their time and effort to pro bono work,” said Hassall.
