Rich focuses his practice on commercial real estate. He represents landlords and tenants in the negotiation of leases, as well as buyers, sellers and developers in the acquisition, disposition and development of real property.
Rich has experience representing national retail and restaurant chains, health care providers, and real estate investment trusts and funds in the negotiation of commercial leases at shopping centers, medical facilities, office buildings, industrial parks and street locations.
Rich received his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2015, where he was a Senior Copy Editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. While in law school, he worked as a transactional law clerk for Fox, NBCUniversal, and William Morris Endeavor Entertainment. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Davidson College in 2012, where he graduated with Honors and was a member of the Davidson football team.
